VIVITAS was founded in 2005 in response to a growing number of requests from public and private sector organisations that required help and support in the delivery of their organisational performance targets and establishing excellence within their service. The key thrust behind this aim was for organisations to become ‘employers of choice’.

VIVITAS works with a wide range of organisations across the United Kingdom where we offer a wider spectrum of services from employment dispute resolution, equality and human rights to performance management and organisational development work. Our aim is to improve excellence in services delivery with reduced organisational costs and increased proficiency amongst the workforce.
